Your GDPR rights

If you are in the UK, EU, or EEA, you have rights over your personal data. This page explains how to exercise them on NeuraCV.

Right of access

Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you. Contact our privacy team and we will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.

Right to rectification

Update inaccurate or incomplete information in your account profile, resumes, Agent job search settings (/agent/settings), and related preferences at any time.

Right to erasure

Delete your account permanently from Settings. This removes your account data from our servers — including job preferences, application pipeline, saved search alerts, Gmail integration data and consents when connected, optional SerpAPI, Adzuna, or TheirStack connections we store, and digest channel preferences (push, WhatsApp, Telegram, email) — subject to legal retention obligations.

Right to data portability

Request an export of data we hold about you. Gmail users can export integration data from Automation privacy controls; disconnect Gmail on My Drop to remove stored integration data. For other Agent data (pipeline, alerts, preferences), contact support.

Right to object / restrict

Object to certain processing or ask us to restrict use of your data where the law provides this right. Contact us with details of your request.

How to act on your rights

Delete your account: Settings → Delete Account
Cookie preferences: use Privacy Settings in the site footer (Usercentrics).
Subject access request: email [email protected] or visit Customer Support.
