Growth Partner (Commission) · Remote · Full ownership of growth

You will own marketing for NeuraCV: acquisition, creative, conversion, and retention loops. You must understand the scope before you join. This is solo ownership at a startup, not a junior seat inside a large marketing org.

What you will own

End-to-end marketing across channels that move paid signups
Creative production for ads, social, landing pages, and short-form video
Funnel clarity from landing page to signup to paid conversion
Simple reporting: what you tried, what converted, what to stop
Honest brand voice. Useful content over spammy growth hacks

Required marketing skills

Canva (or equivalent)

Ads, social creatives, and landing visuals you can ship without waiting on a design team.

Short-form video editing

CapCut, Premiere, DaVinci, or similar. Cut hooks, captions, and variants for Reels, Shorts, and TikTok.

UGC / creator-style video

Scripting, filming, or briefing creators. Strong hooks, iteration, and creator-native storytelling.

Performance basics

CTR, CPA, conversion rate, and simple dashboards. You know what to measure and what to kill.

Nice to have

SEO and content systems
Meta, TikTok, or Google ads
Communities, creators, or affiliate growth
Resume, career, or HR-tech experience

Who should apply

You have grown a product before (side project, indie SaaS, agency clients, or your own brand)
You can produce creatives yourself in Canva and ship short-form or UGC video
You are comfortable owning marketing alone at first
You accept a commission-only model with no base salary

Compensation

No base salary at this stage. This is a commission partnership.

30% of net paid subscription revenue from users you acquire, for the first 12 months after each user’s first payment
Attribution through agreed UTMs or promo codes
Paid monthly with transparent reporting

You win when NeuraCV wins. If that tradeoff does not fit, please do not apply.
